A person shall lose his voting privilege while confined in an asylum at public expense or in a public prison
Treason against the state
consists of levying war against it, adhering to its enemies, or giving them aid or comfort. Two witnesses are required for conviction of treason
When can a public officer be recalled
when 25% of the number of qualified electors who voted at the preceding election sign and file a petition
