Light Pollution Reduction-
Exterior lighting with more than 1000 lumens needs to have shielding, lamps with more than 3500 lumens have to comply with IESNA cutoff requirements, and lamp with 2.5 x mounting height of the property line must have shielding, and no light shall cross the property line.
Water Efficient Irrigation- Reduced Potable-
Reduce potable water for irrigation by 50% over conventional means (use drip method) or capture rain water
Water Efficient Irrigation- No Potable
Use only captured rain water or recycled site water for irrigation (graywater from dishwaher and showers only)

Innovative Wastewater Technologies-
Reduce use of municipally provided water by 50%
treat 100% of wastewater on-site
EX: low flow toilet
Water Use Reduction-
Reduce water usage by 20% of the baseline standard
On-site Renewable Energy-
Building supplies at least 5% (of it’s total annual energy cost) of energy through on-site renewale energy systems
